Refund & Return Policy – Technaro Store

At Technaro Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products on sale or clearance

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our support team.
